The VALARIS DS-9, one of the world’s leading offshore drilling rigs, arrived in Las Palmas.

This sixth-generation drillship arrived from Cyprus for a 6–7 day technical stopover before continuing its journey to Angola, where it’s scheduled to begin its next drilling campaign.

Built for ultra-deepwater operations (up to 12,000 feet), the VALARIS DS‑9 is equipped with:
